Acceptance of These Terms

By downloading, installing, subscribing to, purchasing, or using UnlimitedTranscribe, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The App

UnlimitedTranscribe is an Apple-platform app for audio transcription, translation, formatting, and related workflow features. Features may vary by device, operating system version, subscription status, network availability, selected processing mode, and third-party service availability.

Subscriptions and Purchases

UnlimitedTranscribe may offer auto-renewable subscriptions, one-time purchases, consumable credits, or other paid features. Available products and pricing are shown in the app before purchase.

• Subscriptions and purchases are billed through Apple using your Apple ID.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
• Refund requests and billing issues are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.
• Restoring purchases may require access to your Apple ID purchase history through StoreKit.

OpenAI API Key Mode

If you use your own OpenAI API key, you are responsible for your OpenAI account, API key security, usage limits, billing, and compliance with OpenAI's terms and policies.

UnlimitedTranscribe uses your API key to submit requests you initiate through the app. The developer of UnlimitedTranscribe is not responsible for OpenAI charges incurred through your own OpenAI account.

App-Managed or Credit-Based Usage

Some versions of the app may offer app-managed transcription, consumable credits, or usage-based features. If available, the app will display relevant product information, balances, and usage rules before purchase or use.

Credits, if offered, may be consumed when processing begins or when a request is completed, depending on the feature shown in the app. Credits may not have cash value and may be subject to technical limits, anti-abuse protections, and availability of third-party services.

Your Content

You retain rights to audio files, transcripts, translations, and other content you import or generate using the app, subject to any rights held by others.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and legal basis to upload, process, transcribe, translate, store, or share any audio or text content through the app.

Accuracy and Review

Transcription, translation, speaker labels, timestamps, summaries, formatting, and other generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable for your intended use.

You must review important output before relying on it. Do not rely on the app as the sole source for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, employment, compliance, or other high-stakes decisions.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use UnlimitedTranscribe to:

• Violate any law, regulation, contract, privacy right, intellectual property right, or platform rule.
• Process audio or text that you do not have permission to process.
• Attempt to extract, expose, or misuse API keys, payment information, private data, or app internals.
• Abuse, overload, reverse engineer, interfere with, or bypass limits in the app or related services.
• Use the app to create, process, or distribute harmful, unlawful, or abusive content.

Third-Party Services

The app may use or integrate with third-party and platform services, including OpenAI and Apple services such as the App Store, StoreKit, Apple system translation, and Apple platform frameworks.

Those services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability, rate limits, pricing, and technical restrictions. The developer of UnlimitedTranscribe is not responsible for third-party service outages, policy changes, billing changes, or output quality.

Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by the UnlimitedTranscribe Privacy Policy. Please review it at privacy.html.

Device and Network Requirements

The app may require a compatible Apple device, a supported operating system version, sufficient storage, and network access for cloud processing, purchase validation, model downloads, or third-party service requests.

Large audio files, local model downloads, and long transcripts may require significant storage, memory, processing time, battery power, or network bandwidth.

Disclaimer of Warranties

UnlimitedTranscribe is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. The developer does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every file, or accurate for every transcription or translation task.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of UnlimitedTranscribe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, transcription errors, translation errors, third-party charges, or reliance on generated output.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. The developer may suspend or limit access to features if required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, platform rules, or service availability.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
