Please include your device type, operating system version, app version, and a short description of the problem. Do not send API keys, full transcripts, private audio, or other sensitive content unless support specifically asks for a limited sample.
Common Support Topics
- OpenAI API key: If you use your own OpenAI API key, it is stored on your device using Apple Keychain. You are responsible for OpenAI usage and billing on your OpenAI account.
- Subscriptions: App access subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Restore purchases: If a purchase or subscription is not visible in the app, use the restore purchases option in the app or contact support.
- Local transcription: Some versions of the app may support local Whisper-based transcription. Local model downloads may be large and may require network access.
- Deleting data: You can delete jobs, transcripts, temporary files, and your saved API key from inside the app where those controls are available.
- Accuracy: Transcription and translation can contain mistakes. Review important output before relying on it.
